The Village of Golf Manor operates as a Charter form of Government with an elected Mayor, 6 Council Members, and Clerk-Treasurer.

Elections for Mayor, Council, and Clerk-Treasurer are held every 4 years. Next Election is Nov 2011.

Golf Manor's Village Council adopts policy that is administered by the Mayor with the assistance of the Village Administrator and 2 department heads.

VILLAGE OF GOLF MANOR Public Records Policy

The Village of Golf Manor acknowledges that it maintains many records that are used in the administration and operation of the Village. The records maintained by the Village of Golf Manor and the ability to access them are a means to provide trust between the public and the Village. The Village of Golf Manor maintains its records in a manner which allows the Village of Golf Manor to provide the general public prompt inspection of the Village's public records, and copies of these records within a reasonable amount of time during its regular business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
